After experimenting with a few other ideas, I quickly settled on a workable solution: a custom-built, password protected, Google site with a Web-to-Lead form. I was able to customize the form to match the client’s corporate look and feel. We settled on a subset of the fields to require for a successful submission.
The project was an easy win for my client. Giving his employees a way to enter information directly into Salesforce for his review saved him hours per week in frustrating copying and pasting.
